I went to the gym today and did cardio for about 40 minutes. I have been pretty sore from the Monday and Tuesday workouts. I took Wednesday off to recover.. I really need to work on the cardio...big air means better endurance in the gym, trail or city life. I typically finish my weight days with at least 15 minutes of cardio and do one or two days of full cardio a week....Well in the past I did follow that plan. I will continue to use the same training and diet methods that were successful for me in the past.
It is getting close to farming life again. The remaining yard debris that was in the garden was burned today by my neighbor. It was not windy and he knew that I wanted to turn the land soon. I already have 12 broccoli plants and 12 green leaf lettuce plants that I purchased from the Guilford County Prison Farm in Gibsonville. The plants will be kept inside until the land is turned and rowed.
Carolina plays Saturday at noon. See you then....
